A lot of people noticed Paul Pogba’s hair colour on Wednesday night against Portugal being black and white and couldn’t help to think that it’s maybe a nod to where the French midfielder could end up this summer. When asked about it the Manchester United midfielder quickly addressed the matter.

“The black and white hair? Nothing linked to the future, my hair always changes,” Pogba told Sky Sports Italia.

France topped the ‘group of death’ with Portugal, Germany and a very good Hungary side in it. The Reds midfielder said:

“The group did not scare us. We were prepared,” Pogba said. “We knew we were facing these teams and we knew it would be difficult, we finished first in the group which was the goal, now we have the next round and we are confident.”
