For many footballers, it is a life dream to represent the world’s biggest teams and for Molde’s David Datro Fofana, that dream looks set to come true.
Yesterday, Fabrizio Romano reported that the Ivorian striker was nearing a move to Chelsea for a fee in the region of around £9milion, the Blues swooping in to secure his signature after it was rumoured that Brighton were seriously in the 19-year old.
Chelsea have already seen the success of a former Ivory Coast striker at the club, and the news of Fofana joining the club has got fans very excited.
And it seems that Fofana himself has been dreaming of this move for some time now, with a video doing the rounds which showed Fofana confessing his love for Chelsea a few months ago.
“Chelsea are my favourite team. I don’t know why but I want to play for them. They are in my heart.”

The Molde player looks set to join another Fofana at Stamford Bridge, with defender Wesley Fofana signing for the Blues from Leicester City over the summer.
