Mike Tyson has shared his thoughts on the upcoming clash between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou.
‘Iron Mike’ has been helping the former UFC heavyweight champion prepare for his bout with the ‘Gypsy King’ in a fight dubbed ‘The Battle Of The Baddest.’
So it really doesn’t come as much of a surprise that he is backing his man to pull off the upset.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Tyson said:
“I am helping Ngannou. I am learning what he is able to do. He’s able to do so much more than I anticipated.
“He has what it takes to knock out anything or anybody standing in his way.
“Once he lands a punch on Tyson Fury’s jaw he is going to knock him out too. Nobody can survive that.”
Tyson did go on to praise Fury and his heart. He continued:
“Fury’s not the all-time great but he’s one of the all-time greats. He’s really high up. He can do greatness right now.
He’s always going to bring a good night of boxing, fight hard. You’ve got to try and hit him with a shot to knock him cold out because he always gets back up and fights hard.’
Will Ngannou shock the world? Let us know your prediction in the comments.
I believe Ngannou surprise us. But he must train harder since he mainly fights UFC. The tactics and rule in boxing is similar, but different. I want to see someone torture Fury, but you cannot underestimate him.
