Mike Haley Scores one of the Try’s of the Season

The Munster full-back was in fine form last night as Munster ran out winners against Connacht at Thomond Park in a cracking game. The final score was Munster 20-17 Connacht, that result will see Munster contest their first Guinness PRO14 final in four years. The highlight of the night last night though was Mike Haley’s piece of class, the chip and chase pure class from the Munster fullback.

It was great to see Joey Carbery get some more hours off the bench last night, he will be a vital player for Munster & Ireland going forward. Andy Farrell will be watching him closely and will have the 25 year old firmly in his sights, with Jonathan Sexton nearing the end of his career.

Johann van Graan will be hoping to lead Munster to silverware on the 22nd of March after edging past Connacht in what was effectively a semi-final given the league standings. How Munster fans would love for Munster to pick up a bit of silverware it would be the first time since 2011.
