Mayo GAA have paid a lovely tribute to Marian Browne,
“Mayo GAA are saddened to hear of the passing of Marian Browne (née Hanley) of Convent Hill Crescent, Ballina Co. Mayo.
“Marian was a former secretary for Ballina Stephenites and was well known in GAA circles. She will be sadly missed by her club.”

She will be sadly missed by her sons Seamus and Peter, brother Micheál and sister-in-law Martina, brothers-in-law Simon and Jimmy and sister-in-law Patricia, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
