Manchester City are missing some key names as they face Chelsea in Stamford Bridge and itโs all down to Covid-19. Three players were specifically named in the build up to the game with Kyle Walker, Gabriel Jesus and Eric Garcia all returning positive tests along with multiple members of staff but Pep mentioned in a previous press conference that he would be missing 5 key players for todayโs game. He said we would have to wait to see who would be missing on the day as he could not name players specifically due to privacy reasons.
Frank Lampard named a typical starting XI which is sure to scare Pep Guardiola as the Spaniard has goalkeeper Zack Steffen making a Premier League debut in stead of number 1 Ederson.

An attacking force of Pulisic, Werner and Ziyech is not to be laughed at and Manchester Cityโs defence will be tested today with Benjamin Mendy forced to the bench after his lockdown antics where he broke the rules to host a New Yearโs eve party.
