Liverpool are ready to fight German giants Bayern Munich and block any attempts the Bundesliga side make to sign the African Messi Mo Salah, report The Sun.
Liverpool have issued a hands off warning to the Bundesliga champions and particularly to club chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge over star forward Mohamed Salah.
Rummenigge claimed that the Egyptian forward could play for any club in the world, sparking speculation that Bayern may make a future move from Liverpool number eleven.
The Bayern chief-executive really did his best to butter up Salah when he compared him to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo- even going as far to say that ‘Salah is the Messi of Africa.’
Liverpool will be hoping that the 28-year-old decides to stay at Anfield especially seeing as they look less likely to retain their league title this season.
