As Limerick celebrate their five Munster titles in a row it has come at a cost as they will now be without one of their star players in Declan Hannon. That’s according to Fintan O’Toole from the42.ie

Limerick captain Declan Hannon out of All-Ireland hurling semi-final on July 8 with knee injury sustained in last Sunday’s Munster final. Limerick GAA statement says they ‘wish him well in his recovery in the coming weeks’.

Declan Hannon is a HUGE blow for Limerick his their captain and the treaty county are already without Sean Finn in defence. This will really test Limerick’s squad depth and just how deep does it go, do you still fancy Limerick to lift the Liam McCarthy cup?
