News has broke this morning that Caroline Currid won’t be involved with the Treaty county next year. Currid is a highly regarded sports psychologist that has been a key part of Limerick’s historic four All-Ireland’s in-a-row.
Both management and players alike have paid huge tributes to her in their All-Ireland victory speeches through the years and she is widely known as a key part of their success.
Unfortunately for Limerick, it is believed that she is stepping away from the role and won’t be involved as they push for yet another title next year.
Limerick boss John Kiely gave her huge praise ahead of their historic All-Ireland triumph earlier this year.

That’s a bit of a blow for the Shannon siders as they look to be the first county to do five in a row in hurling..
