Ireland defeated the All Blacks 29 points to 20 at the Aviva Stadium in a cracking game of rugby. The trolls were out on twitter in full force calling it a ‘friendly match between Ireland and the All Blacks. There is no such thing as a friendly in rugby, it was a test match and a very good one at that. Three wins in the last five matches for Ireland against the All Blacks, not a bad return.
The aim has to be for World Cup 2023 and the Six Nations for Ireland now though, we need to push on and finally qualify for a semi-final or else all the naysayers will be right…
