The so-called ‘Iranian Hulk’ has thought up a rather unorthodox training method for his upcoming bout the ‘world’s scariest man’ Martyn Ford.
We live in a day and age where anyone can put on a pair of gloves and call themselves a boxer. It’s almost split down the middle between actual, authentic boxing matches and circuses put on by celebrities with a taste for blood.
In this case, we’re discussing Sajad ‘the Iranian Hulk’ Gharibi vs Martyn ‘world’s scariest man’ Ford, two absolute lumps with a combined weight of over 300kg that will be going toe-to-toe at the O2 Arena in London on April 2nd 2022.

Gharibi, true to his ‘Hulk’ nickname, clearly has no intentions of training the conventional way. He posted a video to his Instagram page of him bending metal, crushing watermelons, smacking tyres with a hammer and PUNCHING BRICK WALLS.

All he’s going to achieve by doing that is injuring himself. Rather, that’s what we’d assume would be the case with a normal human being, but he weighs an insane 390lbs (177kg) and is clearly hard as nails. Maybe this really is his optimum regime…
