No it wasn’t a dream Francis Ngannou very nearly defeated the WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury in Riyadh.
Earlier in the week Tyson Fury had likened Francis Ngannou’s chances in their fight to those of a “table-tennis champion” playing Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon final.
And well after last night’s performance Ngannou responded.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) he posted:

He also took aim at the two judges that scored the fight in the ‘Gypsy King’s’ favour.
