Declan Rice is keeping his feet firmly on the ground amid speculation linking him with the biggest clubs in the country.
Rice has enjoyed a quite phenomenal campaign with West Ham, during which his commanding midfield performances, both domestically and in Europe, have earned him much acclaim.
It’s now the worst kept secret in English football that all three of Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are keen on signing the England international.
West Ham are likely to command a quite ridiculous sum of cash in exchange for their on-pitch skipper, but a little bit of fuss kicked up by the player himself could push a move through.

Unfortunately for all those interested, Rice does not appear keen on causing problems at the London Stadium. Despite the reported interest, he’s not letting his mind wander.
Here’s what he had to say when quizzed by Sky Sports’ on speculation linking with a summer transfer away from West Ham and to one of the country’s biggest clubs.
