Declan Rice is prepared to snub both Manchester United and Manchester City in order to secure a return to Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.

Rice was previously part of Chelsea’s academy – and was released.

The England international bounced back emphatically, rebuilding his confidence at West Ham and developing into one of the most accomplished midfield players on the planet.

It’s no surprise that, as is reported by the Daily Mail, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are all interested in signing him from the Hammers this summer.

Rice would fit like a glove into the midfield of any of the three, but he has his preference – and there are no prizes for guessing the club he’d like to join.

As per the report, Rice is ready to snub advances from United and City in order to secure a return to Stamford Bridge and play for his boyhood club.

Rice would also be linking up with his best friend, Mason Mount, in SW6. You can understand why that’s the move he would choose to pursue.
