Davy Fitzgerald has got himself a new coaching role

Davy Fitzgerald will coach the Cork Camogie team in 2022 meaning that, for the 36th consecutive year, he will be involved in the inter-county game as either a player, coach or manager. How good a story is this, the former two time All-Winner as a player with Clare was unlucky not to get the Galway job, with Henry Shefflin getting the role. Instead Davy Fitzgerald will get coach the Cork Camogie team. We wish Davy Fitz’s all the best in his new role an exciting appointment from the Cork Camogie team.
