Manchester City star and key man in the City team Kevin De Bruyne went off with a bad head injury in the second half with clash of heads with Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger who was superb last night in the Champions League final and helping the blues to their second title. The big German central defender sends a classy message to De Bruyne on twitter today this with hims a speedy recovery.
