Borussia Dortmund manager hails club’s star midfielder 🙌

Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic has praised his midfielder Jude Bellingham after his mature recent performances.

Terzic and his inform Dortmund side are preparing to face Chelsea in their Champions League last 16 tie tomorrow and ahead of the game, the German manager had some shining words for Bellingham.

He’s outstanding. On and off the pitch. He’s very hungry, he wants to learn, he wants to adapt. He will be one of the best players in the world for the next decade.”

Terzic also touched on his thoughts about how the England team will fare with Bellingham and Declan Rice in the near future.

I have been lucky enough also to work with Declan Rice at the same age. With both of them – Declan and Jude – the England national team don’t have to worry about the central midfield position for the next ten years.”

Bellingham’s maturity and vocal ability were also praised by Terzic, who admits the 19-year old’s importance to the Dortmund team.

He likes to communicate and we talk every day. He’s not only 19 he is one of our leaders and he became a leader in the last two and a half years. It’s something that is really, really important.”

Die Borussen’s tie with Graham Potter’s Chelsea is tomorrow evening at 20:00 and Terzic will be looking towards Bellingham for the crucial inspiration that can help his side get the first-leg victory.
