The former Chelsea, Everton and Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has said he is staying put with the Serie A Champions Inter Milan. A big blow as a lot of Chelsea fans were hoping the Belgium would return to the club where he once was.

Timo Werner has struggled in front of goal this season, while he has been excellent and his work rate has been through the roof, he still needs to finish those chances and Chelsea need a striker that will score 20 plus goal a season. Should Chelsea go all out for Tottenham Hotspur Harry Kane?
