Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka has been hailed as the ‘best teenager in Premier League’

Arsenal wonder-kid Bukayo Saka has been hailed as the best teenager in the Premier League by Arsenal legend Ray Parlour.

Speaking on talkSPORT Parlour said: “He’s certainly up there. Teenagers wise, he probably is (the best),” Parlour told talkSPORT Breakfast.

“Foden is 20 but he’s different class as well. We’ve got so many good players coming through.

“It’s a good problem to have as you’re going into a Euro Championships knowing you’ve got so much quality.

“He’s just got to get the right balance now. He’s got to get the right team selection and it’s down to Gareth to say ‘what system am I going to play?’ And to get the best out of the players.

“That’s what he’s got to try and find out but Saka has certainly been superb this season.”

The youngster has arguably been Arsenal’s best player this season picking up 18 assists for the Gunners since the start of last season.

There’s only English player to have more assists than the 19-year-old in the same time and that’s Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has 20.

Saka has only been playing in the Premier League for little over a year now but he already looks like a legend.

There have been many debates as to whether Gareth Southgate should add Saka to his Euro 2021 squad with other youngsters such as Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden fighting for spots.

The now 19-year-old made his debut in a 4–1 win against Fulham after coming on for Alex Iwobi in the 83rd minute.
