Brazilian left-back Alex Telles may already be heading back out of Old Trafford following his recent move from Porto last summer report the Express.

It’s understood that United are planning to use Alex Telles in a swap deal with Inter Milan when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.

The Brazil international signed for the Red Devils last October but the 25-year-old left-back has found it hard to break into Olé Gunnar Solskjaer’s team due to Luke Shaws tremendous run of form.

Inter Live claim that the Old Trafford side are planning to use Telles in a swap deal with Inter Milan at the end of the current season.

United are said to be eyeing up Inter Milan’s Marcelo Brozovic, who has become a vital player for the Italian giants this season under Antonio Conte.

Telles himself recently said United were well-placed to challenge for some silverware with the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League all still possibilities. The Brazilian said: “I think when you’ve got a really high quality group of players the fixture calendar isn’t actually too bad, we’ve shown this,” he said.

“Our coach has rotated the side and brought other players in and these players have come in and put in great performances so we haven’t really felt the difference.

“Whenever players have come into the team, they come in to do their best and we’re all very prepared to come in and contribute.”
