2 Tottenham players reportedly test positive for Covid-19 just hours before game with Leeds

Argentine Tottenham stars Erik Lamela and Giovanni Lo Celso have reportedly returned positive Covid-19 tests just hours before their 12:£0 kick off with Leeds this afternoon. Sports journalist Duncan Castles broke the news this morning less than one hour before Jose Mourinho was set to name his squad to face Leeds.

The Portugese manager will now have a reduced squad to choose from with other stars surely being forced to self isolate. Jose and the whole Tottenham club have reportedly decided not to request to postpone the tie against Marcelo Bielsa’s side. The two stars who tested positive for the virus apparently broke lockdown rules over Christmas to meet fellow Argentinians Sergio Reguilon and West Ham’s Manuel Lanzini for a party report the Daily Mail.

Should the game today be postponed with many possible close contacts in the Spurs squad?
