🚨John Obi Mikel reveals that Jose Mourinho made Mohamed Salah cry 😯

John Obi Mikel recalled a story of the Portuguese coach making the now Liverpool player cry while at Chelsea.

Over the years, Mohamed Salah has become of the best players in the Premier League and at times, the world.

Liverpool bought the Egyptian from Roma in 2017 for an absolute steal at the time, paying £36.7 million and breaking their club record.

But this wasn’t the first time that the winger set foot in the Premier League, prior to moving to the Serie A, Salah played for Chelsea but it never quite worked out for him at Stamford Bridge.

His former teammate, John Obi-Mikel, has revealed that the manager at the time, Jose Mourinho, made him cry.


“He was in tears, and what happened is [Mourinho] didn’t let him back onto the pitch in the second half. He took him off.

“It would have been easy to just take him off and say ‘you’re not playing well, off you go, sit down, you’re not going back onto the pitch.’ But he ripped into him and took him off.”
