Irish fans took to social media to express their admiration for Johnny Sexton after his emotional showing during the pre-match anthems.
Ireland are facing off against France in a titanic clash in the Six Nations on Saturday, with many believing that it will already be the title decider.
Andy Farrell’s men looked incredible against Wales last week with a 34-10 win, while France also won but just about against Italy in Rome.
Sexton was an injury concern in the lead up to the game but was named in the starting line-up and showed just how much it meant to him during the national athems.
The 37-year-old was brought to tears and Irish fans took to Twitter to talk about it.
