Albania manager Edoardo Reja found himself with his backside on the grass during his side’s 3-1 defeat to the Czech Republic – all thanks to West Ham’s Vladimir Coufal.
At the time of the incident, Reja’s men were holding the Czech’s, who are 26 places ahead of them in the international rankings, with the scores tied at 1-1.
West Ham right-back Vladimir Coufal was evidently letting the pressure get to him, having played a quite bizarre back-pass towards his goalkeeper, conceding a corner from the halfway line.

In doing so, Coufal tumbled off the field of play and into Albania boss Edoardo Reja, knocking the 75-year-old to the ground, accidentally, so it seems.

Coufal was apologetic, but Reja was understandably not happy to have been pushed to the ground by the West Ham and Czech Republic defender.
Maybe next time Coufal ought to look where he’s going when he runs off into the opposition manager’s technical area. What did he expect to find in his way?
