There was a heated moment at half-time of the Liverpool v Burnley game as both managers exchanged aggressive words to one another as they walked down the tunnel.

The incident happened after their was a little scuffle between the players at the half-time whistle and the tensions seemed to boil over to the touchline.

Jurgen Klopp was doing his usual run down the tunnel at half-time but something grabbed his attention which beckoned the Reds boss to return.

Upon return it looks as though Burnley boss Sean Dyche made a remark towards the German and Klopp appeared to not like what he heard.

The Liverpool boss pursued Dyche down the tunnel and based on the facial expressions and flailing arms one can only imagine they were not passing compliments.

Liverpool would have come in at half-time the more frustrated having not scored a goal in the league for over six hours.

The Premier League champions squandered a quilt-edged chance given to Divok Origi who smashed the crossbar when he found himself one-on-one with Burnley keeper Nick Pope.
