Robbie Fowler is currently in management in India as boss of Indian Super League side East Bengal. He took charge in October and has already felt the heat in India.
East Bengal currently sit in 10th place in a league that only has 11 teams so it’s understandable why he’s a bit agitated.
During Monday’s clash away to Chennaiyin, Robbie saw his side go down to 10 men inside 31 minutes as midfielder Ajay Chhetri saw red.
In an interview after the game a reporter asked Fowler was he ‘Embarrassed’ by the way the bench behind him behaved throughout the game.
The ex-Liverpool man then completely lost his cool live on air and labeled the question ‘ridiculous’.
Robbie blasted the referee’s performance and stated how it’s up to him and his bench to ‘look after the players’ when they’re not ‘getting looked after’ by the referee.
