Liverpool have not been the same since they lost star defender Virgil van Dijk so fans are eager to find out just how their favourite Dutchman is doing.
Klopp revealed in his interview just how big of a blow it’s been to the team as he repeatedly asked himself “Why me?” when “everything was going well”.

The injury happened in the first Merseyside derby of the season in very controversial circumstances as Pickford clearly hurt Liverpool’s centre-back but paid no price as VVD was deemed to be offside in the build up.
Big Virgil was predicted to miss this entire season and possibly more after injuring his anterior cruciate ligament and undergoing successful knee surgery.
Many of the world’s greatest players have not been the same after coming back from knee injuries but Klopp is adamant that van Dijk is ‘fine’ and it’s nothing to worry about.
🗣 "Every day it gets a little bit better, he is completely fine."
