A video of Premier League stars Mo Salah and Sadio Mané winning soft penalties has gone viral following comments made by their manager Jurgen Klopp that VAR is unfair to Liverpool.
Klopp made the remarks following Liverpool’s 1-0 defeat to Southampton on Monday and since then people have been taking a close look at Liverpool’s penalties – both awarded and not.

Since the comments were made people have been scrutinising Liverpool’s past penalty claims and a video has surfaced on Twitter calling out Liverpool’s Mo Salah and Sadio Mané for winning soft penalties before the introduction of VAR.

It’s clear to see in the video that the Liverpool duo are prone to going down easy but they’re not the only players guilty of this as it has become more and more a part of the game in recent years.
The video also highlights the reason why Liverpool may not be getting as many decisions in their favour as VAR can now review blatant dives and help a referee overturn his decision if needs be.
