In 1999, Billy Mitchell was the first person to achieve a perfect score in “Pac-Man.” His ability to reach the end of the game even stumped “Pac-Man’s” creators and designers.
The game was designed to be infinite so when Mitchell hit the perfect score of 3,333,360 the designers were stunned and named him the “video game player of the century.”
