Inter Milan are though to the Coppa Italia semi-final thanks to a trademark Christien Eriksen free-kick in the 97th minute of a rollercoaster game.
The Milan Derby had everything on Tuesday night. From scraps between former team-mates to referees going off injured, the game was ripe with activity from start to finish.
It all kicked off when former Manchester United team-mates Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic almost came to blows after a disagreement between the two powerhouse strikers.
Zlatan was eventually given his marching orders after picking up a second yellow card and not long after his dismissal Romelu Lukaku smashed in a penalty that was full of venom.
The referee stole the attention next after picking up an apparent hamstring injury forcing the official to be substituted.
The game came to a dramatic end though as the out of favour Christien Eriksen sent Inter hurtling into the semi-finals after a magnificent 97th minute free-kick.
