The Rangers manage is being hotly tipped to come in and take-over from Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce, Gerrard has done an excellent job with the Glasgow club having won them the league for the first time in nearly ten years.

Could and should Steven Gerrard come in and do a job at the Northern club? Gerrard is only 41 years of age and maybe a good young manager would be what’s needed in a new age of football coming to the Toon army.

So far Rangers are sitting top of the SPL, you have to give Gerrard massive credit for the job he has done up in Scotland.
