Sky Sports Arena are showing all the behind the scenes Lions Tours documentary’s for the next six weeks every week. Even if your not in to rugby these are well worth a watch. They show what it takes to be a professional athlete and the individual behind the sport and the banter that goes with it;

The Lions rugby team is made up of the best players from Britain and Ireland and takes place every four year in either South Africa, New Zealand & Australia. This tradition goes back as far as the 1800’s and was a form of growing the game in the early years.
It’s great to see such a tradition still alive to this day though and it is a huge marketing and financial plus for the game of Rugby Union. These shows are well worth the watch over the lockdown.
