Shane Walsh sealed Kimacud Croke’s third consecutive Leinster Championship with a sensational solo run before finishing into an empty net.

The Galway man has been phenomenal since joining the Dublin club last year and was at his best on Saturday evening.

Walsh put up 1-8 during the game as Crokes dispatched Kildare champions, Naas, by 1-14 to 0-10 but it was far from an easy game for the All-Ireland title holders.

There were just two points between the sides as injury time approached but the Dublin team pulled away after back-to-back scores.

Then when Naas committed men forward, Walsh latched onto the ball inside his own 45 before knocking it past an opposition player.

He then stormed down the pitch before rolling the ball into an empty net.
