Romeo Beckham has been training with Premier League side Brentford’s B-team, according to the Times.
David Beckham is arguably the biggest name in English football history, so all three of his sons will have grown up wanting to follow in his footsteps.
Unfortunately for Brooklyn, despite a stint training at Arsenal, he was unable to build a career in the professional game.
Romeo is next up to bat and he has impressed with Inter Miami in the states. It appears as though he’s now keen to make it in the Premier League.
As is reported by the Times, Romeo Beckham has been training with Brentford’s B-team. It remains to be seen if that’s for fitness or an actual trial.
It would be quite fantastic to see another Beckham playing in the Premier League, but of course, it’d need to be on merit and not merely for his status.
Should Brentford be impressed by what they see from young Romeo, perhaps we could see him make his Premier League debut at some point in the future…
