Rugby legend Ronan O’Gara and jockey Barry Geraghty swapped jokes this afternoon on Twitter.
O’Gara tweeted a cute picture of his sons sitting on a donkey dressed in pyjamas leggings.

The holiday picture caught the attention of leading jockey Barry Geraghty who was impressed with the youngster’s equine skills.

Quick as a flash the Cork man responded that he would be thrilled to see any of his sons wearing the green and gold JP McManus silks.

Geraghty has taken over from the legendary AP McCoy as retained rider to McManus, while O’Gara enjoyed success on the flat as an owner with trainer David Wachman on Sunday at the Curragh.
