Top referee Mateu Lahoz issued FOUR yellow cards in the space of just two seconds during a La Liga tussle this afternoon.
Lahoz is widely regarded as one of the finest referees in the game. You may recall that he was in charge as Chelsea and Manchester City took to the field in the Champions League final in May of last year.
The no-nonsense official was not taking any bullsh*t from either the Getafe or Mallorca players as the two sides met in La Liga this afternoon.
Not only did he send a player off, but he also set what has to be a new record for most players booked during a two seconds period.
