Ajax and Barcelona have reportedly reached an agreement over De Ligt, worth a whopping €80m according to sources in Juventus and ESPN.
It’s fitting that Overmars(Ajax’s current director of football and former Barcelona player) would sway the youngster towards the Spanish giants.
Some technicalities in the contract still have to be ironed out but won’t be done until after the Champions League tie with Spurs. He could even be set to earn more than his friend and current teammate De Jong.
