Manchester City defender Manuel Akanji is a legitimate maths genius, as was revealed during an interview with Sky Sports.
Akanji, who was recruited by Man City from Borussia Dortmund back in the summer transfer window, has enjoyed a hugely positive start to life at the Etihad.
Despite being the lesser-known figure moving from Dortmund to City over the summer, Akanji could well have a comparable, if not equal, impact on their season.
Akanji is not just a superb defender, either. It turns out that he’s actually a human calculator, as was revealed as Sky Sports sat him down for an interview.
Akanji was asked maths questions that’d likely take us 30-minutes to solve, each, but he produced an accurate answer within seconds of the question being asked.
