Levante’s Mickael Malsa almost scored a Puskas contender during his side’s victory over Atletico Madrid on Wednesday evening.
Bottom of the table Levante STUNNED Spanish champions Atletico at the Wanda Metropolitano, defeating them 1-0 and keeping their faint survival hopes alive.
As for Atletico, it was yet another disappointing result for Diego Simeone’s men, who are in real danger of missing out on Champions League qualification.
It could have been worse than just 1-0, too, were it not for Mickael Malsa narrowly missing out on scoring one of the greatest goals you’d ever see.

For whatever reason, with his side looking to close out a crucial victory away to the champions, he decided to shoot from the halfway-line on the volley.
