The former RTE pundit and All-Ireland medal with Derry Joe Brolly is very opinionated as we know and took to his twitter today to share his disguise at Leinster rugby apologising for Ooh Ah Up The ‘Ra be playing on the speakers after their match against Connacht at the RDS last night. 

‘Ireland to apologise for existing. All references to Irish resistance to be removed from songs & books. Memorials to IRA leaders to be demolished, replaced by statues of Cromwell, Carson, Colonel Wilford, Margaret Thatcher, Dr Paisley & Fintan O’Toole.’

Certainly seems this way . And the nonsense about a new flag & anthem. I'm Irish and extremely proud to be . Leave all our traditions & songs alone . We've no need to apologise for our songs & stories . Our past happened. The crown needs to apologise for it.
