Kevin De Bruyne broke the deadlock in Manchester City’s clash with Leicester City by netting a quite stunning free-kick.
In the absence of Erling Haaland, you felt as though it would take a moment of genius from one of Man City’s stars to pick the lock at the King Power today.
Thankfully for Pep Guardiola and anyone with any Man City association, they have a fair few talented players within their ranks – to say the least.
Perhaps the most talented of them all, Haaland included, is Kevin De Bruyne, who recently finished in third-place in the Ballon D’Or rankings.
As if we needed reminding, De Bruyne refreshed our memory as to why he is considered one of the best in the business with a quite gorgeous free-kick.
Some distance from goal, De Bruyne managed to navigate the ball up and over the ball, slam it off the post and into the back of the net.
