Jurgen Klopp gets ANIMATED once again in his pre-Everton press conference

Jurgen Klopp says that he finds it hard to explain things to the journalists in a time when Liverpool are in a rough run of form.

The Reds have picked up just one league point since the turn of the year and have a tough task of overcoming a buoyant Everton on Monday night, who are coming off the back of an impressive win against Arsenal where Sean Dyche took charge of the team for the first time.

Klopp in his press conference this afternoon, stated that the mood is always different when the team’s going through a rough patch compared to when things are going well.

In the best possible period we ever had, it was very easy to have a press conference because we can have a laugh and everything. Now, when things aren’t going so well, you make big deals out of things I say, which isn’t my intention!”

He then aimed a comment at the journalists, saying he can’t explain things to them in the same way he does to other people.

“That’s why I find it difficult in times like this to talk about things. I can explain everything in football, just not to you.”

This isn’t the first time Kloppp has come out and made himself the topic of debate after a conference, with the German refusing to answer a question from journalist James Pearce last weekend before his side’s loss to Wolves.

Perhaps Klopp is feeling the heat as his Reds continue to falter.
