Jake Paul’s naive demands standing in the way of Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano II

Jake Paul has revealed that he is working on Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano II – but he wants to level the playing field.

Taylor was given the victory on the cards when the two boxing superstars met in the ring. The fight was dubbed the biggest women’s boxing bout of all time and provided entertainment which did itself justice.

The assumption has been that the pair would fight for a second time, whether that be in the United States once again or back in Taylor’s native Ireland, but it remains unclear exactly when that will be.

Jake Paul, Amanda Serrano’s promoter, has revealed that he does have an offer on the table for Taylor and Eddie Hearn, but it requires the 21-0 legend to move down in weight…

While Paul’s proposal would even the playing field a little, with Taylor coming down to meet Serrano rather than the Puerto Rican fighter moving up once again, there’s little chance of it getting accepted.

Hearn and Taylor will be well aware of their status on the A-side here and will undoubtedly be intent on dictating the terms to Paul and Serrano, rather than the other way around as the social media star intends.

We do hope that a resolution is found and these two fighters do end up stepping into the ring together for a second time, but Paul needs to live in the real world if he wants it to come to fruition.
