Wayne Rooney got into an argument with Roy Keane on his first away trip with Manchester United. The England striker changed the TV channel from rugby to the X Factor and then hid the remote.
The Irish and Manchester United captain took no prisoners on the pitch and indeed off it with his punditry on Sky Sports. A years ago Jamie Carragher was joined by Wayne Rooney on Monday Night Football and he revealed the story of the dispute he had with the United captain over TV choices between X Factor and Rugby.
Keane stepped out to get a bit of grub and Rooney was cheeky enough to change the channel from X factor to the Rugby and on top of that he hid the remote control to really annoy the Irish captain. But Rooney says that the Man United captain respected him more for have a go at the captain.
