The former Clare Hurling Captain Anthony Daly was on The Sunday Game with former Tipperary manager Liam Sheedy and former Cork goalkeeper Donal Og Cusack. Daly claimed that the Dublin hurling Championship doesn’t start till September, but according to twitter users it starts in a few weeks time.
The Clare legend did say he wasn’t 100% sure, but the panel are taking a hammering for having this debate every single week on RTE. Maybe it’s time to let it go lads and see how the new structure of the Championship works and make our minds up after that.

The club players were getting shafted for years and now it’s time to give back, hopefully both the county and club find the right solution eventually.
