A young man was left laid out in the middle of the road outside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after violent clashes between fans.
There has historically been bad blood between Spurs and West Ham supporters, with last night not being the first time that they have been caught on camera scrapping.
However, the tussles both before and after Wednesday night’s Carabao Cup quarter-final were some of the worst that we have seen between the fan bases in recent memory.
There is one clip, in particular, that is pretty gut-wrenching, with a supporter, whose allegiance is unclear, being left knocked out in the middle of the road after being involved in a fight.
The video has gone viral on social media. Have a look below…
Fighting breaks out and someone is. Knocked out, he has since woken up and is fine.

The difficulty is that there is very little hope of identifying those who were responsible for the wrongdoing, with there being 100s of fans running around in the vicinity of the fights.
Credit to the police who were on hand to break up the scuffles as quickly as they could, but they were so vastly outnumbered that they stood little chance of preventing every attack.
