Eddie Hearn has doubled down on his claims that Jake Paul is no more than an average fighter.
With Hearn having worked in tandem with Paul on the biggest female boxing match in history, you could forgive him for saying nice stuff about his boxing ability.
However, the Matchroom chief has not blown smoke up the YouTuber’s backside. His comments on Paul’s boxing capabilities have not been sugarcoated in the slightest.
Hearn has previously branded Paul an average fighter when discussing the matter on camera. Needless to say, the social media sensation hasn’t been best pleased about it.

With a Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano rematch likely to follow, you could argue that Hearn would do well to keep Paul on good terms ahead of negotiations between the two camps.
Instead, during yet another public media appearance, Hearn has doubled down on the suggestion that Paul is merely an average fighter. He won’t be a happy boy…
