Michael Breen is set for his first Championship start after being named at half back for the Munster Hurling Final clash against Waterford.
Breen was used as a sub in the semi-final, getting himself on the score sheet with a goal against Limerick.
Tipperary boss Eamon O’ Shea makes one other other change with corner back Cathal Barrett coming in for Paddy Stapleton to wear the number 2 shirt.
