As we remember the late Teddy McCarthy one Cork supporter has a great idea of how to remember the great man. Should one of the stands in Páirc Uí Chaoimh be called after the rebel legend?
Teddy McCarthy did something that no one will ever do again in the GAA, winning a football and hurling medal in the same year at senior level. Surely this should be remember forever more by Cork GAA and in the GAA in general?

Great call, the cordoned off plaza outside the old Beamish Counting House another option for me

Those were great years for Cork GAA when Cork were beating Kerry every year, the hurlers were flying it. Unfortunately for Cork GAA it’s going through its darkest period yet, nearly 20 years since the Liam McCarthy cup has been Lee side.
