Cork GAA held their monthly meeting last night at Páirc Uí Chaoimh on the south side of the city. At the meeting various matters were discussed but one that is notable is that the media are still banned from attending their monthly meetings.
It appears that Cork GAA weren’t happy at how the Irish Examiner did their reporting, especially on the levy story.

Levy: an act of levying a tax, fee or fine.
Irish Examiner’s reporting of the new levies placed on clubs were checked with Cork’s executive. The county chairman would be aware of that too. https://t.co/eJvdwgzb01

The journalists at the Irish Examiner aren’t happy .. It will be interesting to see what comes from this .. Should Cork GAA lets the journalists back in or are they right?
We’re in the middle of the league at the moment and we can’t wait for the Championship to get going, surely Cork will manage to get out of Munster ..
